Milwaukee Admirals (AHL)

  • December 2005
  • USHL thrownback
  • Size 56 Reebok knit
  • Kyle Schultz memorial patch
  • This alternate / throwback style was worn in two games and shows just a few stick marks..... Designed to replicate the jerseys worn by the Admirals when they played in the United States Hockey League, they are relatively simple in their design with single color twill numbers..... No names were used on these jerseys..... Reebok logos on the back hem as well as the back of the neck..... The front of the jersey features a lace up neck, Milwaukee Brewers patch (team sponsor) as well as a memorial patch for former Milwaukee Admirals announcer Kyle Schultz who passed away during the 2005-06 season..... Following the second game, the jerseys were auctioned to fans at the game.... Obtained from a private collector in January 2006.

    Milwaukee Admirals (AHL)

  • 2005-06 Set #1
  • Used in Calder Cup finals
  • Size 58 Reebok knit
  • Kyle Schultz memorial patch
  • This jersey was used during the first part of the 2005-06 season, but at the request of MeiGray who held the rights to market the Admirals set #1 jerseys that season, it was recycled and used again in the Calder Cup finals..... A Calder Cup patch was added to the back hem for use in the finals and also was marked in the fight strap after each game it was used in the finals..... Numbers are two color sewn twill, the name is single color sewn twill..... One unusual part of the jersey is that the nameplate is also made of twill material rather than a material similar to that of the jerseys..... The jersey appears to be a size 58, however the size tag was sewn down folded over when the nameplate was added..... A MeiGray patch is also present inside the back hem..... Obtained from MeiGray in July 2006.
