Boston Bruins (NHL) |
Worn in Andre's NHL regular season debut..... Andre wore #54 for his first three regular season games before switching to #28 which he wore for the remainder of his time with the Boston Bruins..... This jersey was worn in the preseason and then recycled for regular season when Andre received a mid-season call-up..... The equipment staff added the Bruins 75th patch (note the chain stitching) at the time of the call-up as they were not used in the preseason (see photo at right)..... Jersey shows good wear including a large red mark near the left sleeve numbers..... While it appears the back numbers and name (on nameplate) are three color, they are actually black twill with a gold trim/embroidery inset slightly from the edge..... The sleeve numbers use a similar technique. White twill on yellow twill with a black trim embroidery edge..... Overall, a fairly heavy jersey. The entire black/stripe section of the sleeves and yoke are double layered..... Boston Bruins letter of authenticity..... Obtained from the Detroit Hockey Company in June 1999. |

Providence Bruins (AHL) |
Jersey numbers and name are done idential to the parent club, Boston Bruins..... While it appears the back numbers and name (on nameplate) are three color, they are actually black twill with a gold trim/embroidery inset slightly from the edge..... The sleeve numbers use a similar technique. White twill on yellow twill with a black trim embroidery edge..... Obtained directly from the Providence Bruins in December 2004. |

Manitoba Moose (AHL) |
Although Andre only played in Manitoba for one season, he posted great numbers in both the regular season (35 goals, 26 assists) as well as 6 playoff games (2 goals, 3 assists)..... Andre missed the team regular season scoring title by only 1 point, but did the have the highest team point total for all team games that season..... Quite a few patches of note on this one: The left shoulder features the logo of the parent club, Vancouver Canucks. The right shoulder patch features an alternate Moose logo. The left chest features crossed US and Canadian flags. The right chest features a two peice Chevrolet logo and name. I was able to see this jersey in action versus the Milwaukee Admirals (1-12-02) along with fellow MTU alumni Jimmy Roy..... Obtained from a private collector in February 2003. |

Philadelphia Flyers (NHL) |
Andre spent 16 games with the Flyers in 2002-03 posting 2 goals and 1 assist for 3 points..... CCM logo on back of jersey near the neckline..... Jersey is numbered with two color twill and single color twill name (on nameplate)..... Part of year one for the MeiGray / NHL game worn jersey program and registered with nhlgameworn.com as jersey A02938..... Overall light wear with just a few stick marks..... Obtained from NHL / MeiGray in June 2003. |

Andre posted 11 goals and 31 assists good for 42 points in 64 regular season games..... Equipment staff has added several markings to the SP tag in the neck including "2002-03", "19", and "1" each in seperate corners of the tag..... Overall light wear with a dozen or so stick marks along with a couple slices in the sleeves..... Numbers are three color twill and the name (on nameplate) is two color twill..... Supplied with Phantoms letter of authenticity..... Obtained directly from the Philadelphia Phantoms in September 2003. |

Hearshey Bears (AHL) |
The 2004-05 season would be last for Andre in North American hockey. After starting the season with Hearshey, posting 7 goals and 23 assists in 53 games, he was traded to San Antonio (AHL) where he played an additional 20 games posting 1 goal and 4 assists. The following season he played in Sweeden and eventually moved on to play for Sinupret Ice Tigers in the German Elite League..... The jersey features large alternate logos on each shoulder as well as two additional items on the chest: A Blue Cross sponsor logo was embroidered directly onto the jersey and a memorial patch for Frank Mathers which was added to the jerseys February 12th. This jersey is likely set #2 from that season as February 12th was the first game these were worn..... Numbers are Colorado Avalanche style with white twill double edged with brown and black twill. The name (on nameplate) is single color twill..... Obtained from a private collector in April 2005. |
